On the basis of over 36 years of experience and market leadership in specialised areas, Welba sees its most important task as the development and manufacture of electronic control systems for measuring, controlling and regulating.
Cooperation, quality awareness and flexibility
The Welba team personifies the company. Its members work together in a spirit of close cooperation and communication. The emphasis is on a social attitude, a good company climate and employee satisfaction. At the same time employees are expected to make a positive contribution and be quality-conscious. Chains of decision within the company are intentionally kept short, in order to achieve maximum flexibility.
Customer satisfaction is the most important motivation
The customer is the focal point of all activities. Every customer’s wishes are analysed in detail in order to work out the best solution. The pleasure of having satisfied customers is the Welba team’s greatest motivation. Emphasis is also placed on positive personal relationships - not only with customers, but also with suppliers, banks and service providers.
